Rechargeable Battery Testing System

1) Designed and manufactured specially for performance testing of rechargeable battery, especially applicable for the use in R&D and QC departments.

2) Double - face construction, the whole panel is divided into 32 groups, with 4 batteries each group. Each group is controlled independently. The whole panel can be used to test 128 single Lithium ion or lithium polymer batteries.

3) Adopt advanced constant current source technology, combine the patented constant current - constant voltage source, and there is no impact for switching between constant current and constant voltage, especially suitable for charging requirement of lithium battery.

6) Each battery has completely independent constant current - constant voltage source, forming the circuit itself without any mutual interference.

9) Powerful software function, simple in operation, capable of realizing such functions as concentrated equipment test and control, data processing and report preparation, with multiple protection functions, including protection for abnormal voltage, protection for abnormal current, over-capacity protection, constant voltage charging protection for voltage fluctuation, etc.

10) The software has multiple battery inspection interfaces, capable of saving the complete charging and discharging data and curve of each battery.

11) Data protection function in case of power failure.

12) The upper computer can set up to 64 process steps and 1000 cycles, capable of displaying the life cycle curve.

13) Each set of upper computer can connect with 1-10 sets of microprocessor systems.
